Spinach Dip

Ingredients: 1 box of frozen spinach
-1 cup of sour cream
-1/2 a cup of Mayonnaise
-1 packet of onion soup mix
– pepper to taste

Preparation: Mix together all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour before serving to allow flavours to mingle. Thats It!

Carrot Dip:

Ingredients: 1kg of carrots, peeled, coarsely chopped
-60ml (1/4) olive oil
-2tsp ground cumin
-3 garlic cloves, crushed
-Salt & Freshly ground black pepper
-Turkish pide, to serve (see related recipe)

Method:

Step 1: Cook the carrot in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 30min or until tender. Drain

Step 2: Place the carrot, oil, cumin and garlic in the bowl of a food processor
